Q: How do I set up an appointment?
A: Call or Email me, Lucas Keipper, with a brief description of the problem or project
you have in mind. Contact info can be
found on the contact page.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: I charge a reasonable hourly fee, please call or send an email to determine what your needs are.
Q: In what areas do you provide service?
A : On-site service is available in Concord, Charlotte and the surrounding
areas. Call to see if your area is covered.
Q: Can you come to my house?
A: This is determined on a per-client basis. Most of my work is done in an office environment, but if you have a need (such as a home office) I will certainly be willing to accomodate you. Please call or send an email to get more information.
Q: Can I get on-site support before or after regular business hours?
A: Yes, the hourly fee increases slightly, but service is still available
outside the hours of 8am to 8pm. Off-hours support will usually require advance
notice.
Q: What is this thing on the sidebar that says I need a newer browser about?
A: There are standards that can make web sites look better and easier to use that are now universal and unfortunately older browsers were not built to follow these new standards. I recommend Mozilla Firefox to all my clients. It is free and has additional features such as pop-up blocking, spyware-resistance, and tabbed browsing.
